Entry Requirements for ND Part-Time Programmes
To be eligible for the ND Part-Time programmes, you must meet one of the following criteria:
- SSCE/GCE O’ Level: At least five credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained at no more than two sittings.
- National Technical Certificate (NTC) or National Business Certificate (NBC): A credit-level pass in a trade plus four relevant academic subjects, which must include English Language and Mathematics.
Application Process for ND Part-Time Programmes
Follow these steps to apply for the ND Part-Time programmes at the Federal Polytechnic, Offa:
- Visit a JAMB Office: Complete the procedure for “APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION OF PART-TIME CANDIDATES” and pay an application fee of ₦3,500 to obtain a JAMB Registration Number.
- Pay the Processing Fee: Visit Federal Polytechnic Offa Online Portal and pay a processing fee of ₦15,000. Use an ATM card that is REMITA compatible to make the payment.
- Complete the Application Form: Fill out the application processing form on the portal. Ensure you upload scanned copies of your certificates and other required documents. You must have a personal, active email address.
Important Note: Failure to adhere to the stipulated application process will lead to disqualification. It is imperative that your application data is on the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) for consideration for admission.
Online Screening Procedure
- Name Formatting: Write your full name with your surname first, as it appears on your certificates and NIN.
- Document Upload: Upload all necessary documents on the Polytechnic portal.
- Security Form: Fill out the security form, print the screening slip and the security form, and submit them personally at the Polytechnic Security office.
